• Plan, survey, and directly supervise construction projects and works.
• Take primary responsibility for on-site management and supervision (safety, quality, progress, risk assessment).
• Calculate and control the construction volume of directly supervised items.
• Support technical implementation, ensure careful preservation and sufficient quantity of materials and equipment.
• Prepare, check, and supervise documents: daily reports, site diaries, weekly reports, inspection reports, meeting notes, construction drawings, inspection records, monthly reports, etc.
• Continuously supervise and maintain site cleanliness, ensuring materials and equipment are orderly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Graduated from university with a major in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, standards, and regulations, as well as design and construction processes.
• At least 10 years of experience in the construction field or site supervision. Experience in directly supervising the construction projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized software such as AutoCAD.
• Good English communication skills, ability to read and understand English drawings.
• Responsibility to ensure accuracy and honesty in work.
• Preference for candidates with experience working for Japanese companies.
• Preference for candidates who have worked on projects in Hai Duong province.
• Ability to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Always comply with and ensure adherence to labor safety regulations at the site.
• Candidates from Hanoi will work at the Hai Duong construction site throughout the project.
• Age requirement: 30 years old or older.
