Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations for manufacturing, configuring modules like Manufacturing Orders (MO), Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory, and Maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Customize Odoo to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency in production and inventory management.
Oversee Odoo integrations with third-party systems (MES, IoT, SCM tools) to ensure seamless data synchronization and real-time monitoring.
Lead user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo across manufacturing teams.
Manage Odoo implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and business requirements.
Conduct testing to ensure system quality and recommend ongoing improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Work closely with IT, production, and other departments to ensure integrated solutions that improve overall business performance.

At least 5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP, with a focus on Manufacturing (Odoo Manufacturing Module).
Proven experience leading Odoo implementations and customizations for manufacturing businesses.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, BOM, work orders, and supply chain management.
Proficiency in Odoo’s Manufacturing module and related Odoo apps.
Experience with Odoo Studio, custom module development, and Python programming.
Familiarity with Odoo’s integration capabilities (APIs, third-party tools, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
