Implement, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, SAN storage, RHEL, and VMware technologies.
Install, configure, and manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems and VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).
Provision and manage virtual machines in a cloud/hybrid environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve Linux-based and virtualization-related issues to ensure system stability.
Monitor and enhance server performance, ensuring high availability and security.
Implement and manage Red Hat technologies such as Ansible and OpenShift.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python to improve system efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions in alignment with company standards.
Ensure compliance with IT infrastructure standards and security policies.
Provide timely updates and reports on IT infrastructure-related matters.

6+ years of experience in IT roles, specifically server administration.
Strong expertise in physical servers, SAN storage, and database setup.
Advanced knowledge of VMware products and virtual computing management.
Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Linux system administration.
Experience with scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and system efficiency.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for server and virtualization issues.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
English proficiency is mandatory.
