JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will:
Analyze requirements, specifications, and business use cases in order to create test cases and test scenarios.
Liaise actively with System Analyst for any required clarification.
Create detailed, well-structured test cases and checklists.
Execute test cases to ensure feature enhancements are high quality.
Identify, file and track defects to closure.
Conduct functional, regression, sanity & non-functional testing (having experience with API & security testing is a plus).
Work closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery for both testing and requirement analysis.
Communicate on testing progress and quality status of the product.
Review and refine QA processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Engage in risk assessment and prioritize test activities according to risk levels and product impact
Support the team in analyzing test results, identifying trends, and making strategic quality improvement recommendations.

What we need:
Knowledge & Experience:
Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
At least 2+ years of experiencein software testing with different types of testing.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in developing and executing test cases.
Experience performing functional, integration, smoke, regression, usability and compatibility testing as well as assisting with user acceptance test.
Comprehensive knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies.
Can identify ambiguous requirements and promote suggestions to implement the features or any logical issues.
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
A self-initiated and proactive team player who can work with minimal supervision.
Proven experience in leading QA projects or managing QA activities within a project.
Ability to handle complex testing tasks independently and propose solutions to any identified issues.
