System Integration Testing: Design, develop, and execute system integration tests for 5G communication systems, ensuring the performance and functionality of the integrated components.
Test Design & Execution: Independently create detailed test cases and test plans, execute tests, and analyze results to identify system issues or performance discrepancies.
Testing Instruments: Utilize 5G wireless integrated testers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other 5G test UE testing instruments to assess system performance.
Documentation & Reporting: Write clear and concise test reports, documenting test procedures, findings, and recommendations for system improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and development teams, to resolve issues and ensure the successful integration of system components.
Standards Compliance: Ensure that testing and procedures align with industry standards, such as 3GPP, and regulatory requirements for wireless communication.

Experience:
Relevant industry experience in system integration testing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in 5G communications.
Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with wireless communication standards, especially 3GPP, and a strong understanding of 5G technologies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using 5G wireless integrated testers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other testing equipment.
Testing Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, with the ability to independently design, execute, and document tests.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and performance issues in a timely manner.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Background in telecommunications network architecture and performance analysis.
Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking systems.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
