Our client, one of the largest OEM company in Asia, is looking for a Automation Engineer.
Scope of work:
1. Reactivating idling automation machine or equipment according to factory priority
2. Leading automation project
- Communicating with automation supplier during design stage
- Supporting automation buy off process, including machine Maintenance, Cycle & Change Over Time evaluation to meet factory expectation
- Taking initiative to support external and internal continuous machine efficiency & quality improvement
- To initiate new automation training program to get factory related worker to get familiar with the machine
3. Evaluating and Reporting of ROI of automation machine or equipment before procurement
4. Set up automation database

• Good understanding in hardware hard ware programming. i.e. PLC. Years of actual working experience with jig & fixture and automation related teams (either with automation design, or implementation) will be definitely a plus.
