Provide a high level of hospitality service to LIXIL Experience Center (LEC) visitors by giving brands story, products explanation, consulting bathroom solutions:
• Premium showroom coordinator is standing in the center of Premium Customer Sales (PCS) strategy, performing at LEC in Hanoi. The coordinator gives the customer a product description, solution description, brand story, and consultation regarding bathrooms and toilets. This operation will be done together with the PCS.
Uphold the image of the brand as a front face of GROHE and INAX brand, part of LIXIL Corporation:
• Portrays a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette in accordance with the LIXIL behavior and standards at all times
• Be constantly aware of verbal (language and vocabulary) and non-verbal (gestures, body language, eye contact) communication
• Personifies the brand on daily basis: convey brand messages, values and culture. Convey passion & knowledge of the brand to the customers.
• Maintain in-showroom display in accordance to brand guidelines and brief from brand leaders.
• Maintain the showroom environment in optimum condition from cleanliness to tidiness, from front to back.
Manage effectively showroom day to day operations:
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products and collection available and arriving into the showroom.
• Work through all showroom operations and follow the requirements as indicated in the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP).
• Adhere to company guidelines to prevent stock losses, pilferage or damage.
• Complete appropriate paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Proactively share with PCS leader & brand leaders client feedbacks on products, service standards, client needs/expectations, client experience, client behavior/trends etc.
• Embrace client-centric mindset as part of daily life execution
• Reporting to PCS managers and other leaders the weekly/monthly/quarterly showroom review with some data, i.e. visitors, trend, customer’s attribute, requirement.

• Serving all customers according to our Client Service Values and fulfill customers; needs through a heartfelt, flexible and tailor-made service.
• Contributing to the customer satisfaction score of the showroom
• Contribute to showroom performance by always thinking teamwork and brand.
• Ensuring the highest standards in all aspects of customer service. Positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data and timely sharing with Premium Customer Sale team for follow-up.
• Getting to know client well enough to understand their style and offer relevant recommendation
• Inspiring clients to discover new ways of basic house and bathroom design and share basic design and styling tips.
