• Monitor, operate, and manage security and network products from Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet in a NOC/SOC environment with support window 8x5 (8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday)

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to Firewalls, Routers, Switches.

• Collaborate with Vendor/Partner to resolve complex incidents.
Prepare reports on incidents, system performance, and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide recommendations to improve network and security infrastructure based on analysis.
