To provide generalist in-house legal support for the Vietnam business and operations under the supervision of Legal Counsel, Singapore.
To assist the Legal Counsel, Singapore/Head of Legal/General Counsel with strategic projects in Vietnam, including but not limited to helping with project management on-the-ground in Vietnam.
To manage corporate secretarial matters for the Vietnam entity, with the assistance of the Corporate Affairs Manager in Vietnam and external Service Provider(s) (where necessary).
To provide some assistance to the Legal Counsel, Singapore with Singapore Legal BAU.

Bachelor of Laws with solid academic results and registered to practise law in Vietnam.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in a general commercial legal role either in-house or in a law firm.
Experience and capability to build positive relationships and embody trust and respect and deliver sound commercial advice.
