Job Purpose & Overview
The Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support business objectives. This role oversees training needs analysis (TNA), curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation across different levels of employees, including workers, operational staff (O-levels), and senior leadership (C-levels) in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design, and training management, with expertise in both soft skills and technical skills training. Prior experience in eLearning platforms and digital training solutions is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Program Development & Implementation
• Design and deliver effective training programs, courses, and workshops tailored to manufacturing operations.
• Develop training curricula, materials, and methodologies based on industry best practices.
• Ensure training programs align with business goals, employee development needs, and compliance requirements.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning content, including digital/eLearning formats.
