Mô Tả Công Việc Product Marketing Với Mức Lương 11 - 14 Triệu
Key duties: Control overall shipping operation from import to local delivery to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibility:
• Daily monitor forwarder for import process (flight schedule, custom clearance, transportation…), local delivery and give instruction to solve problems.
• Communicate with oversea factories to ensure import shipment are proceed smoothly (system registration, schedule, …)
• Cooperate with warehouse management PIC for stable supply chain performance and continuous improvement.
• Cooperate with internal Customer service team to provide most effective shipment in urgent and irregular cases.
• Manage HS code and tariff description of products (verify, register in system, and manage database)
• Check weekly/monthly billing and related cost by AWB and local delivery order. Do monthly cost report and cost management.
• Cooperate with internal/external parties to support internal project for improvement/innovation.
• Support tasks assigned by superior (control shipping document, internal reports, …)
• Oversea travelling is requested.
