This position will also take the lead and organize all Employee Engagement activities or staff company events in cooperation with the Trade Union and Staff Committee.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
1. HR COMPLIANCE & MAINTENANCE
• Carry out the required procedures in dealing with the Company’s HR matters to ensure they are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Vietnamese labor agencies/ authorities.
• Prepare and maintain proper records of all Employee employment documents, including Contracts of Service, benefit letters, resignation documents, etc.
• Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintain and update the Company’s HR policies and procedures.
