• Responsible for the preparation of the company’s financial statements. And other reports which relate to accounting and finance.
• Supervise and manage the activities of Accounting and Finance.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Manage AR, AP, Inventory, Cash, Bank.
• In charge of month-end closing and year end closing
• In charge of cash flow planning, budgeting, forecast and financial reports.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
• Control / Manage Investment budgets.
• Control Profit Margins, Costs as budgeted, EBIT, and profitability of the company.
• Prepare the Group Accounting and Finance reports.
• Prepare, submit and overseeing tax reports. (CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT)
• In charge of transfer pricing report.
• Actings as Chief Accountant of the company.
• In charge of working with external auditors, tax inspection officers and internal auditors.
• Prepare monthly salary sheet and calculate compulsory insurance, PIT.
• Handle the recruitment of new employees, employee labor contracts, registration of compulsory insurance.
