• Work Location: Dong Nai Head Office
• Line Manager: RM Warehouse Supervisor & Plant Manager
* JOB PURPOSE:
The Raw Materials WH Officer will provide support to the RM WH Supervisor in managing the flow of raw materials for Dong Nai Plant. The role involves data entry, inventory control, and document management related to raw materials.

• Accurately input raw material data (origin, quantity, etc.) from both local and overseas suppliers into the company's inventory management system.
• Generate system reports for raw materials required for production and sampling.
• Manage and update raw material batch numbers and locations within the system.
• Issue necessary documents for the pick-up and handover of raw materials to the production department.
• Oversee and process system transfers of raw materials between warehouses.
• Comply with all laws and Sika regulations, processes, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) minimum requirements. Adhere to occupational safety and hygiene measures as outlined in the workplace. Uphold all agreements on occupational safety and hygiene stipulated in the Labor Contract or collective bargaining agreement
