1. Quality Control Oversight
Lead inspections of finishing and paint processes to ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.
Evaluate raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for defects, inconsistencies, and adherence to design details.
Ensure consistency in color matching, texture, and surface quality across all production batches.
2. Process Improvement and Standardization
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finishing and painting processes.
