Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee the human resources department and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
2. Employee Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Mediate and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Promote a positive workplace by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
