Role Description
As a Senior IT Application Specialist within Danieli Vietnam ICT Team, you will be responsible for Software/Tools Implementation in company, fit-gap analysis as well as looking for development opportunities, improving available processes, you will function as the connector between business needs and technology ensure that we are always working on the things that create value for our business.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. The candidate will engage with include but are not limited to ERP, the Microsoft ecosystem, AI and reporting tools.
Area of Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end expertise and guidance on business processes, innovations on existing business processes from functional and technical perspective.
• Resolve user issues, understand design workflow, and helps users to improve the skill on include but not limited to ERP, Microsoft Ecosystem (Teams, PowerApps, Automate….), AI background can be advantage
• Implement faculty training and conduct key-user, ambassador and all relate knowledge transfer activities.
• Support/Implement new modules or applications to improve productivity (Align/Non-align with Danieli Worldwide standard)
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
