Summary:
AR TTS Operation will oversee the end-to-end TTS (Trade Term Structure) processes, ensuring seamless operations, accuracy in financial transactions, and timely reporting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving digitalization and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage TTS operations, including maintaining master data (customer information, product codes, tax codes, etc.).
• Create and modify promotion deals in system.
• Perform month-end TTS cycles:
- Consolidate claims.
- Bill TTS invoices to customers.
- Manage advances and revert advances based on trading terms.
- TTS booking and resolution of month-end issues.
• Support CD operations in customer claim processes and TTS promotion workflows.
• Calculate and book TTS accruals for promotion schemes.
• Compute and record PIT and VAT related to TTS promotions.
