DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand JLL IFM Service contract
Manage EH&S programs at JLL client account
Develop and implement EH&S policies, practices and programs at site level
Assure achievement of high EH&S standards in the prevention of accidents, incidents and events that could harm employees and/or property of client
Oversee JLL contractor and subcontractor safety programs
Act as resident expert for EHS/Fire Prevention and Protection, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental issues
Provide government compliance with all applicable regulatory and local regulations
Have in-depth knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Drinking Water Standards, STP parameter monitoring, Work at Height, Confinement Space Standards, Water Act, STP amendments, Fire safety standards, electrical safety, and big/small construction project management.
Drive Safety Audits and Safety Training at all locations and follow up with plant-level EHS management to ensure thoroughness and effectiveness of programs
