Carry out tasks as assigned by department leadership.
Research and propose the application of software project management processes.
Organize software development projects following project management processes.
Conduct surveys and align requirements with users and stakeholders.
Prepare cost and manpower estimates for software projects.
Organize and allocate tasks, and plan the execution of software development projects.
Manage personnel for outsourced projects targeting the US, Singapore, and Japan markets.
Monitor and ensure project progress and quality according to the plan.
Control and manage requirement changes.
Perform acceptance testing and deploy products for use.
Coordinate with the QA department to ensure project compliance with ISO and CMMI standards.
Participate in VMO\'s internal training courses.
Support bidding processes.

Good English communication skills with the ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English.
Strong skills and knowledge in software project management.
Experience in implementing software projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and Waterfall models.
Understanding of the eCommerce and Hospitality domains is a significant advantage.
English certifications are a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in project management with a team size of 5 or more members.

Ability to analyze and design software systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
Project management certifications (ACP, PMP, PSM) are a plus.
