The School HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human resources practice, processes and strategy. The HR Manager will deliver high quality HR support to all school employees in accordance with Vietnamese legislation
Responsibilities and Duties:
Business partner:
• Develop HR strategy in collaboration with school SLT
• Work strategically and collaboratively with school managers and directors to implement all aspects of HR management
• Design, develop and implement best practices, policies, processes and tools to support the objectives of the school
• Membership of the Whole School Administrative Leadership Team with shared responsibility for the strategic direction of the school
Compensation & Benefits:
• Provide payroll related instructions to the Payroll Officer
• Analysis of salary, headcount, holidays and absences, with monthly reporting to COO/CEO
• Develop attractive compensation and benefits guidelines in line with the school budget and HR strategy
