Mô Tả Công Việc Product Marketing Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Working location: Trang Bang, Tay Ninh (shuttle bus in Tan Binh IP, Binh Phuoc crossroads)
Main duties:
• Responsible for communicating between Manufacturing Head and other staff/departments.
• Maintain appointments and calendar, arrange meetings and appointments, take meeting minutes as required, follow-up on pending actions from meetings.
• Provide support to ensure that business and operational duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Manage travel bookings & other administrative activities including maintaining office files, internal external correspondence, expenses, etc.
• Prepare and compile reports for Operations of Sites.
• Support Manufacturing Head in the preparation of speeches and presentations.
• Other required tasks of Line Manager.

• English: Fluent in speaking and writing.
• MS Office: Excellent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Timeline.
• Others: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
