• Efficiently process financial documents and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports in alignment with company standards.
• Analyze financial data and generate accurate financial reports tailored to the unit’s business nature.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal operational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle Social Security and Labor Management, including timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly payroll calculations and periodic Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations.
• Accurately compute and report Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Foreign Contractor Withholding Tax (FCWT).
• Address and resolve administrative issues related to accounting and finance operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., banks, tax authorities) for smooth financial transactions.
• Maintain proper bookkeeping records for each client, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time based on the team’s operational needs and business objectives.
