Mô Tả Công Việc Project Manager Với Mức Lương 20 - 40 Triệu
Coordinate activities, define objectives, create schedules, estimate necessary resources, and identify potential risks.
Manage the work team, including IT staff and stakeholders such as suppliers, partners, and customers.
Assign tasks to team members, monitor daily progress, and ensure that work is completed according to regulations.
Identify and assess potential risks in the project, develop plans and implement preventive measures to ensure the project does not fall behind schedule or encounter unnecessary difficulties.
Communicate with stakeholders, report progress and project status, provide information and explain the status of the project to stakeholders.
Ensure the final product meets the quality requirements, completion time, and set standards.

Experience working on projects with a scale of 15+ people.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
PMP/ACP certification is a plus.
Experience in government or AI projects is a plus
