Technical oversight: responsible for the technical aspects of the project including: design, architecture, and integration points, ensuring that the technological components align well with the project‘s goals

Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must-have:
3-5 years of experience as a developer/tester or BA before move to PM or techlead position
At least 2 years of experience with PM/Techlead role
Leadership skill: exprience in leading a team (task assign, system analysis, team performance management...)
