About Us:
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry, particularly in data annotation, content moderation, or customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing projects in these sectors, with a preference for candidates who have worked in leading BPO companies. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects at Ha Noi City.

Lead the onsite team and coordinate with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope as per requirement. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
