The Project Manager is responsible for full project lifecycle coordination. You will work with the internal team and external clients and partners to convert project requirements into service tickets, compile estimates from design and engineering teams and accurately track progress through deployment.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project roadmaps and ensuring on-time, flawless execution. You need to apply and maintain tools/templates used to track and report across the portfolio of transformation initiatives (Foundational and Agile), define monitoring tools/templates and customize as needed.
Strong communication skills will be helpful in ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Through your entrepreneurial thinking and action, project management experience and thorough understanding of modern PM processes and methods, you will help define and launch a novel loyalty rewards system.
Drive cross-functional, operational cadence, maintaining on-time execution and implementing operational improvements via daily standup meetings
Oversee objective and key results (OKR) process setting and refreshes and run daily meetings with the development team
Lead successful implementation and launch of the project, including management of operational expenditures against plan.
Self-starters who will seek to solve problems and search for answers if they have questions rather than wait for the next status update.
Proactive and clear communication through multiple contact channels
Manage and deliver project communications, including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports to manage risks/issues and improve team communication and collaboration.
Candidates must be adaptive to managing high-functioning teams, supervising the development of enterprise-grade, highly scalable and secure products, innovating solutions and operating in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Partner with functional leads and internal analytical teams to implement new initiatives, dashboards, reporting, systems and tooling to drive operational excellence.

Solid experience in working with projects in the banking/financial sector is a plus.
A BCs/BA degree and 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager role at tech company or outsourcing company.
Strong experience with leading complex projects in big corporation; with offshore partners
Ability to dive into research and synthesize findings in a concise, thoughtful & organized way;
Propensity to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions that address complex market dynamics;
Intuition about what makes a valuable product and successful business;
Interest in innovation, venture building, technology & finance;
Willingness to adapt to new roles and desire to learn new skills to support a growing company;
Proficiency with Google suite, especially Slides & Sheets;
Proficiency with task management tools like Jira or Asana;
Good/Advanced English skills

A good understanding of software engineering and a background in FinTech- or Blockchain-based projects is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and organization experience across disparate global teams and multiple time zones
Highly data-driven with ability to take initiative
Ability to navigate ambiguity, owning strategic initiatives on both an on-going and ad hoc basis
