Mô Tả Công Việc Project Manager Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Manage and coordinate software development projects using Java and Microservices architecture.
Lead and manage the development team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Work closely with stakeholders (clients, development team, QC, DevOps) to ensure project progress and quality.
Develop project plans, track progress, and report updates.
Evaluate technical requirements, propose solutions, and guide the development team during implementation.
Supervise deployment, testing, and operation of products following Agile/Scrum standards.
Manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the software development process.
Ensure technical documentation and project reports are fully updated

Proficient in Java and popular frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
Experience working with Microservices architecture, API Gateway, and communication protocols such as REST, gRPC.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
Experience managing projects under Agile/Scrum methodology, familiar with tools like Lark, OpenProject, Jira.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities
