Project Management

- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for maximum efficiency.
- Identify challenges early and implement smart solutions to mitigate risks.
- Uphold company standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in every project.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Support the Project Director and CIO with scheduling, progress tracking, and timeline management.
Project Director and CIO
- Document and distribute meeting minutes, follow-up tasks, and key action items.
- Maintain organized project documentation and reports for leadership insights.
