- Evaluate BOM and Tool Plan from finished goods factories according to Quote Package
- Assist Senior Project Engineering Manager to ensure and report the development schedule
- Evaluate the 1st shots against Model CAD and engineering prototypes
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of toy fair model/samples
- Evaluate engineering pilot samples and follow up the modifications
- Ensure product function, aesthetics, and packaging structure meeting requirements
- On-site review on production line setup
- Prepare engineering reports and related documents
- Provide best in class ideas to achieve target cost
- Ensure committed production capacity in technical perspective
- Visit mold maker and finished good factory closely

- Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering preferred
