Planning
Lead the S&OP cycle including data collection, running pre-S&OP and monthly S&OP meetings.
Continually review the S&OP process to ensure it continues to be up-to-date with current best practice and suitable for business needs.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Production and Purchasing to establish production schedules to meet customer needs while ensuring that raw materials are available to support production.
Analyze current inventory levels and identifying trends to determine when additional inventory should be ordered.
Develop planning tools and framework to determine material requirement and material stock projection.
Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production requirements and address operational risks.
2. Purchasing:
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in related field.
5+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, supply chain or a related position.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Office software and material management systems (Odoo, MRP, SAP etc...)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
English is a must.
