Job Summary
The Sales Manager is a key leadership role within the Business Development department, reporting directly to the BD Director. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales teams, customer relationship and contributing to the overall business growth of Bonario Vietnam. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, ensure smooth collaboration within the BD department, and prepare for departmental expansion roadmap in 2025 to 2026.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with the BD Director to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns and initiatives that drive sales.
• Ensure the sales teams meet or exceed revenue targets for all Bonario Vietnam brands.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose actionable plans for market expansion.
2. Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and manage 3 team leaders and 6 sales representatives (expanding to 12 reps by 2025).
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
