• Organize and operate all production activities, ensure productivity, quality on schedule and save costs and materials as required
• Preside over the construction, maintenance, and recording of agreed processes
• Update the implementation of production processes and quality regulations to ensure product quality for the Company
• Research to complete and improve product quality (if necessary)
• Research and deploy the application of new technology and new products according to the Company's orientation (if any)
• Responsible for managing training and developing human resources, assigning work, checking, supervising, urging, supporting, and evaluating human resources of affiliated Departments
• Organize competition activities, training activities, and training to improve productivity and work efficiency of employees.

• Management experience
• Operational skills, work arrangement
• Extensive knowledge of textile production processes, proficient in troubleshooting technical problems
• Good teamwork and effective cooperation ability
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Priority is given to candidates fluent in both English and Vietnamese
• Intelligent, patient, quick to respond
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, experience in the textile industry is an advantage
