- Create and execute business development strategies for reachable market regions.
- Looking for new customers in the field of IT (customers in the U.S. UK ...), domestic and foreign software development projects.
- Be the point of contact, maintain good relationship with customers, understand customer needs and plan to meet customer needs (mainly customers in the U.S. UK, Singapore ...)
- Negotiate and persuade customers to use the Company's technology solutions and IT products.
- Customer care and customer support during project implementation
- Perform other tasks as required by management.

- At least 2 years of experience in selling IT projects, preferably in selling European, American projects (Technologies: .NET, SharePoint, Angular, React, Java, Mobile, Sitecore, Ecommerce, Firebase...), Website Development (.NET, Java, Angular, ReactJS), Microsoft Solutions (SharePoint, Office 365), Mobile Development (IOS, Android, React Native)
- English level: good communication
- Independent and logical thinking is mandatory
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong listening and questioning skills – outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent proposal writing, build data, project management, and analytical skills.

- Probation full salary.
- Package: Base salary + KPI Bonus/Incentives

- Monthly bonus based on feedback from customers and ending projects (if any) based on Company regulation.
