This role will concentrate on utilizing technical expertise to support sales efforts, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. They will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and developing customized solutions to meet customer needs.
Develop new account:
• Create and presents detailed, technical sales presentations for customers
• Provide engineering support to customers and make recommendations of company product selection and applications for products.
• Seek opportunity to open new market with potential customer who might benefit from company products or services.
• Meet with customers on-site to review specifications and requirements, discuss the company’s proposal.
• Work with product specialist to provide the best deal of company’s proposal.
Nurture existing customer:
• Develop long-term relationships with new customers.
• Retain and strengthen customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction level.
• Achieve superior technical competence with all aspects of company products and services including specifying products to meet both customer’s requirements and specification.
