Functional area
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and Würth business units located in Vietnam;
• Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve individual and company sales, growth, and gross profit targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize market share.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with major accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead acquisition efforts to secure new clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
• Anticipate changes in customer organization structures and adjust the sales approach accordingly.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and present detailed sales reports, including goals, progress, and quarterly initiatives, to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer needs and solutions.
• Engage in up-selling and cross-selling activities to maximize profitability.
• Promote and uphold 6-S principles and ISO standards within the team.
