We are a boutique accounting firm in Australia, looking for a remote Bookkeeper in Vietnam to join our growing team. This role offers invaluable experience in bookkeeping and accounting within our small, close-knit firm.
• Set up new client accounts in Xero.
• Maintain and update chart of accounts regularly.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Input and manage all financial transactions accurately.
• Track and allocate expenses correctly.
• Manage client invoices and follow up on overdue payments, maintaining an aging report.
• Enter supplier invoices in Hubdoc/Xero.
• Set up and maintain payroll settings in Xero, processing weekly/monthly payroll runs.
• Ensure accurate recording of all monthly transactions.
• Assist in preparing year-end financial statements.
• Generate monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, and balance sheet schedules.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless financial data flow.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and documentation maintenance as needed.
