Mô Tả Công Việc Sales Manager Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
• Managing product development processing including buyer’s demand, new materials sourcing, collaborating with supplier and cross-functional team to develop new products, technical (Printing, embroidery, quilting, emboss, Welding…)
• Sourcing and setting up working process with new subcon, new supplier getting on board, and ensure new materials can meet quality as requirement by collaborating with testing team
• Doing market research to find the new trend for products and new technical applying product to promote to buyer
• Managing sample tracking and TNA (time and action) for sampling to meet timeline from buyer
• Handling and supporting costing team to offer the best FOB price by validating SMV, raw materials yield, and cross-check costing information.
• Negotiating price with buyer and supplier, working cost-saving option (if needed) to have win-win situation.
• Working on production planning, Production TNA and factory capacity
• Collaborating with cross-functional parties to solve issue arising during production and shipment, related to finished goods quality, raw materials delay or defects which impact on delivery date.
• Coach the team and lead team member to achieve target and timeline.
• Knowledge of system: Flex PLM, Bamboo Rose, Trade stone, GT Nexus
• Frequently travelling and visiting buyer office, factory and suppliers
