Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers, including enterprises, government agencies, and other organizations requiring robust ICT solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and solutions.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
• Provide training and support to customers and partners on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met and post-sales support is provided.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to the Vietnam market.
