We are looking for an Intern to join our HR & Admin team with the responsibilities as below:
• Performs receptionist duties, such as greeting and assisting customers, answering and directing phone calls, and taking messages.
• Performs basic office duties, such as copying, filing, faxing, typing standard documents, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail, entering data, and running basic or standard reports.
• Support Recruitment tasks in posting jobs, screening CVs and welcome newcomers
• Assist in Internal & External Training activities following the Training Plan
• Support HR team to organize engagement activities like happy hour, team building, company trips...
• Making the weekly/ monthly attendance report
• Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin Manager
