Responsibilities
• Visit inactive merchants daily to verify the root cause of their inactivity.
• Summarize the characteristics of inactive merchants we should avoid acquiring in the future through a daily report.
• Visit merchants to communicate sales promotions and encourage up-selling.
• Visit merchant to distribute marketing materials such as promotional leaflet.
• Visit merchant to survey service quality.
• Collaborate with internal department such as Sales/ Operations/ Fraud or Set-up team Department.
• Doing the mystery shopping if needed.

• 0-1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in field sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in using Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Power Point…
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
