I. Job Summary:
The Sales Training is responsible for managing, delivering, and improving our sales training programs. This role involves coaching, program assessment, and frequent travel for insights into our business. Collaboration with the Sales Training Manager is key to developing effective training programs.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Training Program Management:
1. Training Program Management
• Responsible for delivery to ensure the relevant sales training programs in plan;
• Provide coaching for new/revised training to key line trainers, observe & provide feedback for key line trainer in sales training programs;
• Measure sales training programs qualification and training result;
• Frequent travel is required per month.
• Conduct training need analysis for sales and relevant training programs;
2. Training Delivery and Support:
• Deliver sales & relevant training programs;
• Demo, coach to enable line trainers to conduct relevant sales training programs;
• Observe and provide feedback to line trainer for relevant sales training programs;
• Participate in developing sales and relevant training programs for sales;
