We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for consolidating data from various sources, ensuring accurate item creation, and managing content updates across platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and writing skills, fluency in English, and experience in data management systems. Prior experience with Walmart or Walmart.com is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources for item creation and system updates.
• Complete and submit item creation forms with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain production plans in the ERP system.
• Create and manage item masters, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Validate item details to maintain data integrity.
• Upload and manage product images on the website.
• Create and update items for Walmart.com and other e-commerce platforms.
• Regularly update product content, descriptions, and attributes on the site.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and marketplace requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and updates.
