Principle duties:
- Manage Operators in daily operations; ensure project SLAs are fulfilled
- Monitor staff performance and boost productivity when needed
- Enhance employee engagement and encourage staff to participate in all company’s activities
Responsibilities:
1. Operation management
- Control speed/quality/working time of staffs to meet all project targets
- Give necessary training and provide necessary support to staff in order to maintain and improve performance
- Brainstorm to give out preventive actions for the error and publish these actions to project management team
- Control utilization, free time, unscheduled break targets
2. Human resource management
