Job summary
Effectively managing the sourcing, transportation, and receipt of materials or goods from suppliers to ensure timely availability and quality for production or distribution.
General responsibilities
• Inbound Supply Chain Management: Coordinate and oversee inbound responsibilities supply chain processes, including converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, checking invoices from the vendors and coordinating with the warehouse for seamless material procurement.

• Convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order: Facilitate the conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement procedures.

• Documents management: Check and file all relevant documents according to IFS, ASC/ MSC and Bio standards.

• Inventory Management: Assist in effective inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
