1. Employee relationship:
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues in a timely manner
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes when needed
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Maintain accurate records related to employee relations matters
2. Branding/Marketing assistant:
- Support HR & Branding Manager to launch HR communication with innovation & inspiration (e.g. Communication announcement, TV, Recognition corner, notice board...)
- Make sure all Nefab Vietnam news being active in all social media channels.
- To assist HR & Branding manager in designing and decorate office, showroom, facility, exhibition to ensure it aligns to Corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate to drive all the campaigns to build Nefab Vietnam as an Employer of choice.
- Lead all events related to career fair, job fair while partnering with whole team in making sure reaching & attracting to young talents.
