Job Description:
• Perform customs declaration procedures for imported and exported goods, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Check and complete the set of customs declaration documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
• Look up HS codes, tax rates, and specialized management policies related to imported and exported goods.
• Declare customs via the ECUS5VNACCS software.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (warehousing, shipping, etc.) to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Resolve issues that arise during the customs procedure process.
• Update new customs and import-export regulations.
• Communicate and work with clients in Chinese.
