Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a strategic role in managing recruitment and training initiatives to support business growth. This role involves collaborating with department heads to attract top talent, develop employee capabilities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, employer branding, and recruitment events.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and manage recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
