Provide either HRBP or OD services, including:
• Provide HRBP support to business functions, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals/Develop and implement organizational development strategies that support VinFast\'s vision for smart mobility.
• Facilitate talent management processes, including performance evaluations and leadership development programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and work on employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise management on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision making.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Build strong relationships with staff at all levels to foster a supportive workplace culture.
