We are seeking a U.S.-certified Professional Engineer (P.E.) to lead our Vietnam-based engineering team. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient design of products that meet U.S. construction standards, maintain compliance, and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of engineers in Vietnam to develop designs adhering to U.S. construction standards.
• Review and interpret construction specifications, structural/architectural plan sets, and fabrication drawings for various product offerings.
• Collaborate with the project Engineer of Record (EOR) and architects to design and attach products to mediums such as:
o Wood framing
o Steel framing
o Post-tensioned concrete
o Precast concrete
• Lead or actively participate in design coordination meetings.
• Perform structural analysis and design for products including aluminum balconies, railings, canopies, pergolas, and more.
• Prepare calculations and specifications in accordance with project requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
